Front of House Audio (FOH)
The FOH will be responsible for interacting with the band during practices, fine tuning the house mix and assisting with the band's monitoring system. They will also create live house mix, operating the main sound consol. The volunteers in this position should have the aptitude to troubleshoot basic audio problems, have good communication skills and be generally organized. The FOH engineer will be responsible for setting up the audio system on a weekly basis and attending the band practices. Attending the practices will allow for the FOH engineer to build a relationship with the band, get a mix set and head off any problems before the service.
