The Season of Lent begins Wednesday, February 22^nd. Our church-wide Lenten Sacrifices for 2012 are as follows: Each disciple is to pay off at least one debt; and each disciple is to engage in a spending fast, February 22^nd-April 7^th. Today and next Sunday, note cards will be distributed. Please indicate the amount of debt that you plan to eliminate during Lent. Give the note card to one of the ushers or a deacon. Do not put your name on the cards.

Because several Central disciples have contacted the church office regarding discrepancies on the 2011 contribution statements, We want to clarify our policies and procedures for collecting and recording tithes and offerings:

Statements will be mailed the week after you sign the Contribution Statement Request Form. You must complete the form if you want to receive your 2011 Contribution Statement.
